Pulp 27 is an artisan coffee subscription service. Blue Cactus was first introduced to the brand by a brand coach Cariad Martin, who needed someone to build a robust website for one of her own clients, allowing the brand to offer lots of different subscription types, and with a really defined brand palette.
We worked really closely with the client on the user experience of the website, ensuring people were able to sign up to a range of different subscriptions in different ways, while also learning about the supply chain of Pulp 27’s coffees.
We mapped out the user experience with the client, recommending the best plugins to use for the job from our extensive experience, which would allow the brand to offer as many subscriptions as possible.
We built the website on a staging site, so Mark at Pulp 27 and Cariad could provide feedback.
Following the launch of the website, Pulp 27 signed up to our maintenance package, which offers plugin, theme and WordPress updates, daily backups, enhanced security and monthly reports that really dig deep into how the website is performing, with recommended improvements.
